An official track bike. It's the only bike in the Trek/Fisher/Klein/Lemond empire that easily fits me. We can't afford it yet. But someday, I will own one. I want to do the Beat the Boss TT on it - represent the BKB as best I can. Trek Travel offered me the job. I'm excited about it. It's totally different than what I'm used to. Planning trips for rich people, the pay is better, and I think I'll enjoy it more. Much less B.S. than what the sales department has to deal with. I think it'll be good. If for no other reason than more experience in the industry I've accidently dedicated most of my 20's to. Megan's show was awesome!! Her finals are today - basically an oral exam with 4 professors, she's not worried. I'm ready for her show/school to be over, I need more time for me. I think I'll be able to ride more soon. Riding at lunch is good - but 1 hour a day isn't going to go as far as I'd like. Especially with the Lake Mills Tri looming next month. I'm not feeling like much of a athlete right now. I'm overweight and slow. With spring in the air, I should be able to get Megan out on her bike at nights, instead of plopped down in our couch, drinking beer.
