Covance

My friend works at covance, she's a nurse there, we were all discussing how they test drugs on volunteer humans, sometimes the side effects are disastrous. EXAMPLE: One prevalent side effect is explosive diarrhea, the bathroom is always locked, so the volunteer has to ask permission so the the nurse can log results, or take samples. Anyway, a materialistic young man I know said, "why don't they just test on inmates? It'd be cheaper." I was an inmate. He said we could pay them with a carton of cigarettes or some porn magazines. Something like 80% of all people incarcerated are in for minor drug offenses. Sorry you got locked up for possession, we need to test this HIV drug out - it's supposed to cause vomiting and bloody urine, for your "payment" for helping us with this, here's a carton of cancer causing cigarettes. Great fucking logic. Tonight I party with Megan, her sister and some rich people who like to buy art. Hopefully we get paid.
