Today Liz Perry of Nutzy Mutz and Crazy Catz (NMCC) came over. NMCC is a natural pet food store/botique. They have everything from Canadae to BARF, including "just add protien" freeze dried organic dog food. It's a fantastic place, tastefully decorated and Liz really knows a lot about canine nutrition. She's our only Madison Dealer right now, with 90% of our inventory in her store, it's the place to go for handmande dog leads & collars, and, like I said before, Liz is extremely knowledgable about dog food.

She's conviencing me that homemade is the way to go for Lucy, our hearding dog. High protien, high energy and full of everything she needs.

This has me thinking - our dogs eat healthier than Megs and I do...dang.

My weight is down 13lbs from when I raced 24-9 this year. I'm running a lot (for me) and really concentrating on my food and alcohol intake. It's working.
