That ol' familiar ache

I've not had time to ride, between stupid drives to work and walking dogs, my bikes are getting dusty. The H8TR100 is coming up, lots of the folks have been stacking on miles, not me. I best hope is to keep that bastard attorney in my sights. Anyway, I've been lugging a 60lbs pack with me on the dog hikes. Today we went a bit longer - about 3 miles. My legs hurt, and I'm sure they'll be a lot worse for the H8TR bloodbath.
